A passport (biometric or with a visa). Children need a birth certificate and a notarised consent if travelling without one of the parents. Before the trip the manager sends a document checklist for your exact route.
To Warsaw about 10-12 hours including the border crossing, to Krakow 11-13 hours, to Berlin 16-18 hours. We stop every 2-3 hours; on long routes a driver change is possible.
The price is fixed once the request is confirmed and includes fuel, road tolls, the driver's work and waiting at the border. Luggage, child seats and meet & greet at the airport are free.
In cash to the driver in hryvnia or euro, by card transfer or by invoice for companies. A 20% prepayment is enough to book; the rest can be paid on arrival.
